External reporting offices

The Whistleblower Protection Act gives persons who intend to submit a report the right to choose whether to contact an internal company reporting office or an external reporting office at federal or state level.

However, the Whistleblower Protection Act also stipulates that preference should be given to reports to an internal office if this can be used to take effective action against the violation and whistleblowers do not have to fear reprisals (Section 7 (1) HinSchG).

We investigate all reports of violations that have the necessary professional connection to our company. We expressly undertake to protect whistleblowers from reprisals.

External federal reporting offices are currently set up

- at the Federal Office of Justice

- the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and

- the Federal Cartel Office.

All information on the responsibilities of the external reporting offices and how to contact them can be found on the website of the Federal Office of Justice:
